Overview
Property Portal provides a quick and easy way to manage the properties in your PostEngine portfolio. You can view valuable, real-time usage and performance data, submit onboarding, offboarding, and reactivation requests, access PostEngine software installation links, activation codes, and more, all in one place.
Getting Started with Property Portal
In order to use Property Portal, you’ll first need to create an account with us. If you already receive daily, weekly, or monthly email reports from PostEngine you may already have an account and just need to create a password.
Visit the
Portal login page to log in with your credentials, initiate the account creation process, or reset your password.

What is Property Portal?
Property Portal provides:
- Web-based real-time data that’s accessible anytime.
- Valuable usage and performance data that is presented visually.
- The ability to drill down into specific information like posting and renewal activity, team productivity via posts per hour, and much more.
- Quick access to live Craigslist ads, lead data for ads posted, and important property-specific information.
To view the reports for a property,
click on the name of a property from your
Active Properties list in Property Portal.
Troubleshooting
Can I still receive my emailed daily/weekly/monthly posting report?
Yes! You can still receive an emailed daily/weekly/monthly summary of the posting activity for your properties. If you don't receive this report but you'd like to, please reach out to PostEngine’s support team at
help@rooof.com or by
contacting support through Property Portal
Can I invite people (regional/property managers, for ex.) to Property Portal and determine which properties they can view?
Absolutely! If there are accounts you'd like created please provide us with their email addresses and let us know which properties they should have access to. Reach out to PostEngine’s support team at
