Overview

The Performance Report is a great way to see quick stats for all your properties at-a-glance. Just like our email reports, the Performance Report in Property Portal gives you insight into posting performance and lead tracking analytics.

About the Performance Report

All the active properties you have permission to view will show up under the Performance Report. The Performance Report can be customized to show any date range using the date selector in the top-right corner.

The report includes: 

  • Summary widgets that count the total number of ads posted, renews, ads scheduled, and total leads for all your properties.
  • Charts that display Posts and Leads, Top Posters, Leads by Type, and a Lead Breakdown.
  • A list of your active properties with individual ad/lead statistics. You can search the Detailed Property Posting list for specific properties by name. Clicking on any of the property names will take you to their property overview page.

Exporting data from the Performance Report

Data can be exported from the Posts and Leads chart, the Leads by Type Chart, and the Detailed Property Posting list. To export for the selected date range  click the hamburger menu or Export button in the top-right. Data can be exported in .csv, .json, or .xlsx (i.e. Excel) format.

Troubleshooting

I don’t see a property I have access to on my posting report.

If you do not see a property in this report that you expect to see, please Contact Support

The data on the posting report looks incorrect.

If you’re coming to the posting report from a link in a daily, weekly, or monthly report, the data in your posting report may look slightly different. Email reports are point-in-time static reports, whereas Dashboard Reporting figures are dynamically updated.
