Understanding Your Performance Report

Overview

The Performance Report is a great way to see quick stats for all your properties at-a-glance. Just like our email reports, the Performance Report in Property Portal gives you insight into posting performance and lead tracking analytics.

About the Performance Report

All active properties you have permission to view will appear in the Performance Report. The report can be customized for any date range using the date selector in the top-right corner.

  • Summary Widgets: Displaying the total number of ads posted, renewals, scheduled ads, and leads for all your properties.
  • Charts: Showing Posts and Leads, Top Posters, Leads by Type, and Lead Breakdown.
  • Detailed Property Posting: Listing your active properties with individual ad/lead statistics. Search for specific properties by name in the search bar, or click on any of the property names to take you to its Overview page for more insights.

Exporting data from the Performance Report

Data can be exported from the Posts and Leads chart, the Leads by Type chart, and the Detailed Property Posting list. To export data for the selected date range, click the hamburger menu or Export button in the top-right and select your preferred formant: .csv, .json, or .xlsx (Excel).

Troubleshooting

I don’t see a property I should have access to on my performance report.

If you do not see a property you expect to have access to, please Contact Support

I want to filter the report to see performance for a subset of properties.

Currently, filtering subsets of properties isn’t supported. However, we can adjust your permissions to limit access to specific properties, or you can export the data and filter it using a spreadsheet program.

The data on the posting report looks incorrect.

If you’re coming to the posting report from a link in a daily, weekly, or monthly email report, the data in your posting report may look slightly different. Email reports are point-in-time static reports, whereas Dashboard Reporting figures are dynamically updated.

If the data looks completely incorrect please Contact Support and we will help you investigate!
