How to Contact Support
Overview
The Contact Support button is a great way to reach our Support Team if you’re experiencing issues with Property Portal, need help finding information for your property, or just have general questions for us.
How to Contact Support in Property Portal
Before you start, navigate to the page where you're experiencing an issue. This helps our Support Team understand where you were in Property Portal when the problem occurred.
In the top right corner of the navigation bar, look for the question mark icon. This will open up a menu with two options:
- Property Portal Help Documents: Browse our help articles for answers to common questions.
- Contact Support: Submit a support request.
Clicking Contact Support will open up the support request form. Here, you can:
- Select the option(s) that best describe your issue.
- Provide a detailed description of the problem.
- Give us an email address to contact you (by default, we use the email address you used to sign into Portal, but if you used a shared account you may wish to specify a different one).
- Optionally, give us a phone number to reach you if you'd prefer to chat over the phone.
Once you submit your request, our Support Team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible—typically within 48 hours. If we need more details to assist you, we’ll reach out via email or phone.
Troubleshooting
I can't access the Contact Support button.
No problem! You can always reach out to our support team directly by emailing help@rooof.com. Just make sure you include as much information as possible so we can help as best we can.
Everything is working but I have a question. Can I still use the Contact Support button?
