The Contact Support button is a great way to get in touch with our Support Team if you’re experiencing issues with Property Portal, need help finding information for your property, or just have questions for us!
How to Contact Support in Property Portal
Before you start, go to the page where you are experiencing an issue. This will let our Support Team know where you were in Property Portal when you experienced a problem.
In the top right corner of the navigation bar, look for the ❓ icon. This will open up a menu with two options: the first is to look through our Property Portal Help Documents, and the other is to Contact Support.
Clicking Contact Support will open up the support submission window. Here, you can:
- Check off the options(s) that best describe the issue you’re experiencing,
- Explain the problem in your own words (using as much detail as possible),
- Give us an email address to contact you (we automatically collect the email address you used to sign into Portal, but if you used a shared account you may wish to specify your own personal email address), or
- Give us a phone number to reach you if you’d prefer to chat over the phone.
Troubleshooting
I can't access the Contact Support button.
No problem! You can always reach out to our support team directly by emailing help@rooof.com. Just make sure you include as much information as possible so we can help as best we can.
Everything is working but I have a question; can I use the Contact Support button to ask my question?
