Onboarding a new property in Property Portal

If you would like to onboard a property to PostEngine you can submit the request directly to the PostEngine Support Team through Property Portal! 

1. Log in to Property Portal. From the Active Properties page, click Add Property.

2. Fill out the New Property Request form, click Submit Request.

3. Success! Your request to onboard a new property has been submitted to our support team, we'll be in touch soon.

What happens next? 

Our Support Team will process your request as soon as we receive it. We'll reach out to you if we have any questions or need any additional information in order to proceed with onboarding. As soon as the PostEngine software is ready to go, we'll send a training and installation packet to the property's email and will follow up with you to let you know that the onboard is complete. 

When will I see the new property in the list of Active Properties? 

As soon as the onboard is complete and the property's PostEngine subscription is active, you'll see the property in the Active Properties list. 

I submitted a New Property Request but I need to cancel it. 

No problem! Contact help@rooof.com or submit your cancellation request through Property Portal and we'll cancel the request for you. 

How long does it take to onboard a new property? 

It usually takes 1-2 business days to onboard a new property to PostEngine.
