Onboarding a new property in Property Portal
Onboarding a new property to PostEngine is quick and easy! With Property Portal, you can submit your request directly to our support team in just a few steps.
1. From the Active Properties page, click Add Property.
2. Fill out the New Property Request form, then click Submit Request.
3. Success! Your request to onboard a new property has been submitted to our Support Team. Expect a reply from us within the next 48 hours.

What happens next?
Our Support Team will begin processing your request as soon as we receive it. We'll reach out to you if we have any questions or need any additional information to proceed with onboarding. As soon as the PostEngine software is ready to go, we’ll send a training and installation packet to the property’s email. You’ll also receive a follow-up to confirm the onboarding is complete.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Onboarding typically takes 1-2 business days from the time your request is submitted.
When will I see the new property in the list of Active Properties?
As soon as the onboard is complete and the property's PostEngine subscription is active, the property will appear in your Active Properties list.
I submitted a New Property Request but I need to cancel it.
No problem! Contact help@rooof.com or submit your cancellation request through Property Portal and we'll cancel the request for you.
