Reactivating a property in Property Portal

If you need to reactivate a property’s PostEngine subscription, you can submit a request directly through Property Portal.


1. From the Inactive Properties page, find the property you'd like to reactivate and click Reactivate.


3. Fill out the Reactivation Request form. Be sure to review the information and update any outdated fields. Then, click Submit Request.

4. Success! Your request to reactivate the property's PostEngine subscription has been submitted to our Support Team. Expect a reply from us within the next 48 hours.

What happens next? 

Our Support Team will begin processing your request as soon as we receive it. We'll reach out to you if we have any questions or need any additional information to proceed with the reactivation. As soon as the PostEngine software is ready to go, we’ll send a training and installation packet to the property’s email. You’ll also receive a follow-up to confirm the reactivation is complete.

The property that I want to reactivate isn't listed under Inactive Properties.

If you don’t see the property, it may require a new PostEngine subscription instead of a reactivation. You can submit a New Property Request through Property Portal.
