Getting Started with Property Portal

Overview

Property Portal provides a quick and easy way to manage the properties in your PostEngine portfolio. You can view valuable, real-time usage and performance data, submit onboarding, offboarding, and reactivation requests, access PostEngine software installation links, activation codes, and more, all in one place.  

Creating your Property Portal Account

To use Property Portal, you’ll first need to create an account with us. If you already receive daily, weekly, or monthly email reports from PostEngine you may already have an account and just need to create a password.
  1. If you’re new to Property Portal, you can initiate the account creation process right from the Property Portal login page. Click Sign up now right below the Login button.

  1. Enter the work email address and company name for the account you’d like to create and then click Request an Account.

Note: Please make sure you use your company email address with a recognizable company domain name. This will help us confirm your identity.

  1. Once you've submitted your request you will receive a confirmation email. If you already receive email reports from us under the email address you provided, you will be given a link to create a password and log in.
    • If we do not already have your email on file, we will review your account creation request and our support team reach out to you within 48 hours with further setup instructions

Signing in with a Microsoft or Google ID

Once your account has been set up, you can choose to sign in with your Microsoft or Google ID by selecting Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google.  Signing in this way allows you to access Portal without having to enter a separate set of credentials. 

Resetting your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, here’s how to reset it:

  1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and submit your request.
  3. Check your email for the password reset link.
  4. Follow the link to create a new password.

Exploring Property Portal Features

Property Portal provides tools and insights to help you efficiently manage your properties and track PostEngine performance.

  • Ad Performance Insights: View and download reports on usage and performance data - web-based real-time data that’s accessible anytime
  • Drill-down reporting: Analyze posting and renewal activity, track team productivity with metrics like posts per hour, and more
  • Quick access to key information: live Craigslist ads, lead data for ads posted, and important property-specific information and reports
  • Property Administration: Submit requests for onboarding, offboarding, reactivation, or update property data
  • Access to PostEngine installation links, activation codes, and Craigslist credentials
To view the reports for a property, click on the name of a property from your Active Properties list in Property Portal.

Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive my confirmation or password reset email.

Please double-check your spam and/or junk folders in your email to see if the confirmation or reset email ended up in there. If you still can’t find the email, reach out to help@rooof.com and we will be happy to assist.

I’ve made my account but I don’t see the properties I should have access to.

Most users are given access to a set or group of properties during the onboarding process. If you were not given access to any properties or need to update access, Contact Support.

Can I still receive my emailed daily/weekly/monthly posting report?

Yes! You can still receive an emailed daily/weekly/monthly summary of the posting activity for your properties. If you don't receive this report but you'd like to, please reach out to PostEngine’s support team at help@rooof.com or contact support through Property Portal
Can I invite people (regional/property managers, for ex.) to Property Portal and determine which properties they can view? 
Absolutely! If there are accounts you'd like created please provide us with their email addresses and let us know which properties they should have access to. Reach out to PostEngine’s support team at help@rooof.com or contact support through Property Portal
