How to Report a Problem

Overview

The Report a Problem button is a great way to get in touch with our Support Team if you're experiencing any issues with posting, need help finding your Post Now buttons, or just have a question for us!

How to Report a Problem when using the PostEngine Chrome Extension

Before you start, go to the page that you normally post from.

1. Click the PostEngine icon (blue circle with white arrow) in the upper right corner of the Google Chrome browser window (sometimes it's hiding behind the grey puzzle piece icon).

2. Click the Report a Problem button.

3. Check off the option(s) that best describe the issue you're experiencing. 

4. In the box, please explain the problem in as much detail as possible.

5. Scroll down and enter your contact information. Double-check that you've entered your email address correctly so that our response reaches you!

6. Click the green Send button. We will follow up with you as soon as possible. 

How to Report a Problem when using the PostEngine for Desktop Application

1. In the PostEngine for Desktop application, click Help in the bottom left. 

2. Click the Report a Problem button.

3. Use the drop-down to select the option(s) that best describe the issue you're experiencing. If you'd like to give us more information, please include it in the field.

4.  Enter your contact information. Double-check that you've entered your email address correctly so that our response reaches you! Click the blue Send Report button. We'll follow up with you as soon as possible!  

Troubleshooting

I can't access the Report a Problem button.

Everything is working but I have a question, can I use the Report a Problem button to ask my question?
