PostEngine now offers seamless integration with Knock's CRM for lead tracking and reporting! With the integration, you'll be able to view your PostEngine performance data on the Craigslist report inside your Knock CRM.
How does the integration work?
When you post an ad using PostEngine, post data is sent directly to your Knock Craigslist Report and is visible in the "Posts" column.
PostEngine also places your Knock tracking email and phone number in every Craigslist ad and, when a prospect reaches out using either of these channels, your Knock Craigslist Report will be populated with that lead data.
How do I get set up?
Setup is quick and easy and our support team can help!
In order to integrate with Knock, we will need your property's Knock Community ID. This is a unique number that allows us to send PostEngine data directly to your Knock CRM. If you don't have your Knock Community ID on hand, no problem!

Will the integration affect my PostEngine reports?
The integration will not affect your PostEngine reports. Your posting and lead data will be consistent between your Knock CRM and your PostEngine reports (emailed & in Property Portal).
