Overview

If you have access to a property that is subscribed to PostEngine, you’re now able to get installation and activation details right from Property Portal.

PostEngine Installation Links + Activation Codes

To get your install and activation details for a specific property:

  1. Start off by finding the Properties section on the left sidebar, and selecting Active Properties.
  2. Next, find the property you’re looking for; you may see it in the properties list, or you can use the search bar to find it by name.
  3. Once you’ve selected a property, select Property Info in the left sidebar and look for the Software Details section. 

Software Details includes the following info:

  • An installation link that will take you to the Microsoft Store to download PostEngine for Desktop, or to the Chrome Web Store to download PostEngine for Chrome. 
  • The Activation Code you will use to configure PostEngine for your specific property.

Troubleshooting

What if I need activation codes and I don’t have access to Property Portal? 

No problem! If you head to https://www.postengine.com/install you can request activation and installation information through our self-serve form. If you have any issues at all, please reach out to our Support Team at help@rooof.com
