Overview

PostEngine’s Call Tracking feature attributes incoming phone calls to your Craigslist marketing efforts. The Phone Calls page gives you quick access to the call data provided by this feature. 

The Phone Calls page

To access the Phone Calls page, navigate to the Active Properties page and click on the name of the property you'd like to view. Then, click Phone Calls

1. Calls Answered - The total number of calls answered by the property team.

2. Average Duration - The average duration of calls.

3. 30+ Second Calls - The total number of calls that were longer than 30 seconds

4. Unique Callers - The total number of people that called the property. If the same person called multiple times, they would be counted only once here. 

5. Call log - Here you can see more information about each individual call. The date it was received, when it was answered, the duration of the call, the property’s tracking number, and the contact information and number of the caller. 

Troubleshooting

I can’t access this page, how do I unlock it? 

If the page is locked you’ll need to activate Call Tracking. Please email help@rooof.com or contact support through Property Portal to request this feature. 

Can this call data be delivered to my CRM?
