Reactivating inactive properties in Property Portal
If you need to reactivate the PostEngine subscription for a property that is currently inactive, you can submit a request to have this done through Property Portal.
1. Log in to Property Portal, and click to view your Inactive Properties.
2. Find the property you'd like to reactivate and click Reactivate.
3. Fill out the form and click Submit Request.
4. Success! Your request to reactivate the property's PostEngine subscription has been submitted to our Support Team, we'll be in touch soon.
Troubleshooting
The property that I want to reactivate isn't listed under Inactive Properties.
If you can't find the property on the list, it may need a brand new PostEngine subscription! You can submit an onboarding request for a new property in Property Portal, click here to find out how.
