Overview

Occasionally you may be asked by a PostEngine team member to clear your Google Chrome storage. This may happen when your device is displaying signs of consistent Google Chrome storage warnings, which results in PostEngine being unable to store the appropriate information for your posting activity.

How to Clear your Cookies and Cache in Google Chrome

1. Please ensure you have a Google Chrome window open!

2. Press CTRL+Shift+Delete on your keyboard while in Google Chrome,  or click the Chrome menu button (three dots), navigate to Clear browsing data. This will pop open the chrome options for clearing browser data.

3.  Select the Cookies and other site data, as well as the Cached images and files options.

3. Chrome will default to a time range of clearing for the last hour, you will need to click More then select All time.

4. Select Delete from this device to finish. When the pop-up disappears, you're all done!
